You have a mixture of defendant and "I" in the first few paragraphs. It doesn't really matter; it would just be a bit neater if it was all the same.
Para 19, it is not an offence. Call it an alleged event instead.
Para 19 also has Beavis incorrectly spelled several times.
Your images don't have date stamps.
Overall it looks good to me. I think you will be unlucky if you lose.Do these need to be from the image meta data itself or can just type a date on the images manually?
I also found a thread from a poster on here who beat excel in the exact same car park, in the exact same conditions - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5983169/two-separate-claim-forms-for-two-separate-pcns-excel#latest
So going for to review that and see if anything is missing etc.0 -
Witness statements are written in first person, "I", "Me" etc. And it is not just the first few paragraphs! Paragraph # 19 - It is NOT an offence, rather an "event".3

All incorrect spellings of "Beavis" have been corrected and Paragraph 19 offence changed to event, as suggested. Thank you.
I will now add time/date stamps to all images etc and make any other changes suggested. I will then repost the 2nd draft.
I will be printing 3 copies of the finalised WS (as advised in this post - link):- 1 for the court, in a ring binder with dividers etc, USB of videos attached securely.
- 1 copy send Royal Mail 1st class with USB to Claimant.
- 1 copy sent signed and recorded with USD to Claimant.

Ok - So here is V2 of my WS, drop box link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/uhhpu80dulsnuj1/V2 - Redacted - Defendant - Witness Statement.pdf?dl=0
I have changed all spelling mistakes, correct paragraph 19, added date/time stamps to all pictures (can be proven with phone meta data too), updated video link titles to include date and time and have changed all 3rd person references to 1st person (I think I found them all).
Let me know what you all think.0 -
You will notice that the docs you are exhibiting containing "Judgment" does not include the middle "e" (in this context) that you have stated several times in your WS.3

EDIT: Thank you! Yes I had used a mixed of spellings, fixing now.0 -
You still have "offence" in #19 it is an event or incident.3

Why are you "posting" twice to the Claimant? Not sure I'd bother with option 3, as long as you get a certificate of posting for option 2. If in doubt, email a copy to the Claimant('s legal rep).
Note: anything you send to the claimant must be sent to their designated legal - if they are representing themselves then it is the Claimant; if they have a legal company engaged then it goes to the legal co.Jenni x5 -
