Why are you "posting" twice to the Claimant? Not sure I'd bother with option 3, as long as you get a certificate of posting for option 2. If in doubt, email a copy to the Claimant('s legal rep).

Note: anything you send to the claimant must be sent to their designated legal - if they are representing themselves then it is the Claimant; if they have a legal company engaged then it goes to the legal co.
Hi @Jenni_D - I was doing so on the advise of @Fruitcake in this post - link

In terms of legal representatives Excel's WS pack etc came with a cover letter from the litigation department. The paralegal who signed is working on behalf of Excel though, so will send to him too. Although he has no contact details attached and when googling him his LinkedIn shows him working for Excel.

In terms of emailing the documents when finished, should I be emailing any additional addresses than these:

    enquiries.miltonkeynes.countycourt@justice.gov.uk

    litigation@excelparking.co.uk

    Draft email:

Header - Excel Parking Services Ltd vs XXXX - XXX - Defendants Witness Statement - Hearing XX/XX/2023

    Dear Sir/Madam,

Please find attached the Defendant’s. Witness Statement and evidence for claim XXXX attached in PDF format, that the I wish to rely on for the forthcoming hearing. The Claimant has been included in this email.

A printed copy has been sent to the Court and the Claimant, including a USB stick with any videos used as evidence and my full Witness Statement as PDF, which has links to said videos online.

Mohammed Wali- Paralegal on behalf of Excel Parking Services Limited signed the Claimants Witness Statement. However, he failed to leave any contact details. Therefore @Litigation please ensure this email and its contents are forwarded on to him. Thank you.

Make sure you place the Excel email address in the same address bar (not the cc address bar) alongside the court email address to prove that if the court has received a copy, then Excel will have too. There have been so many cases where, at the hearing, the Excel advocate has denied that Excel have received the documentation. This has led to adjournments and a whole pile of inconvenience for the Defendant so that a further copy can be sent to Excel.
    Will do!

Are there any other addresses that should be included?

Just the court and Excel, that's it. I've no access to any other addresses, short of a Google search.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I'll leave it the rest of the evening and some of tomorrow for other people to review my dropbox V2 witness statement, in case any other changes need to be made. After that, I'll send them email and print everything off etc and get it all posted.

Then on to the court hearing! Assuming Excel don't back out once they receive my WS and evidence, that is.

For the court paper documents I have a nice binder etc. Should I place each page into a plastic sleeve or just leave them clipped in as they are? The USB’s are labelled and I will clip them to the binder rings for extra security.

Ok - So here is V2 of my WS, drop box link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/uhhpu80dulsnuj1/V2 - Redacted - Defendant - Witness Statement.pdf?dl=0

I have changed all spelling mistakes, correct paragraph 19, added date/time stamps to all pictures (can be proven with phone meta data too), updated video link titles to include date and time and have changed all 3rd person references to 1st person (I think I found them all).
Here is V2 of your WS for us all to check.
