Jolly good! You know from the 4th post of the NEWBIES thread to spare us any discussion about that piece of litter.0 -

You could still try to get the ticket cancelled by the landowner. This is more likely if you were a customer of the store.
You will be able to put together a defence for this claim. It will just be a question now of waiting for the Letter Before Claim. You might receive some standard debt collectors letter in the meantime and just file those. When you get the Letter Before Claim you will have to respond to that.
Please see latest reply on this - this time seems from the legal team. Can you please advise the best way to respond to this latest set of letters?

This letter is from DCBLegal so I assume they are not the same as DCLegal as referred to in the post:-
Could you kindly please confirm if I also reach out to the solicitors in this case or SAR will suffice?0 -

You quote from the NEWBIES thread...As well as the SAR to the parking firm's DPO, also write another email, if they are using Gladstones, DCLegal, BW Legal or other solicitor.Note the last three words there.
p.s. I think that reference to DCLegal is actually a typo for DCBLegal. Perhaps @Coupon-mad might note that for correction sometime.

DC legal will be dcb legal , so yes , email a 30 days hold notice to Dcb legal , as well as the SAR to WW2

On 28.6.21 Umkomaas posted:-"So you seem to be dealing with two separate parking firms - review your thread title and the firm's name at the end of the appeal decision, and about a parking event that occurred sometime in the future! Please check it all out as we need accurate information to work on."OP should be able to amend title now.2
