You do know IAS is not ‘escalation’!  See the thread I started last week about the IAS. Far from ‘escalating’...more like dropping people in a hole the PPC has dug themselves.
Hey - Please see email from IAS below, looks like they dismissed the case in the operator's favour.

Would appreciate guidance on next steps you think I should take?

You wait for a letter of/before claim.  In the meantime research the standard defence template, think what you are going to put as your paragraphs 2 & 3 and see what evidence needs gathering for the witness statement stage later in the process.

I didn’t read it. Of course he did!

Did you read my thread about how many consumers win at IAS?  This was not escalation.

No idea why people ask for next step all the time when there is already a comprehensive NEWBIES thread telling everyone.

No adjudication is involved until this goes in front of a jydge.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

My apologies I’ll review the newbie thread again to see I need to do next.

Post up a link to where the car park is situated please? Walton Wilkins car parks are poorly maintained. The signage could have been poor or as with one of his car parks covered in graffiti.

Several of the recent claims have been discontinued at the last minute.

Is this where the alleged transgression took place? The image is September 2020 so has Walton Wilkins taken over the car park since then.

It's on a red route so your wife could not stop on the road to pick up your child. What else was she suppose to do?  She had to park.

We've had a lengthy case about a CarSpares site previously - is this the same one (Longbridge)?

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
