The parking company has escalated this to Independent Adjudication so I'm waiting on what they decide.

Im actually not sure - this is what I see in my status page on IAS:-

Ah, an IAS appeal.  You must have initiated than in the first instance and it looks like the status page is showing you the ...... status.

I think after a few days of waiting for response from the operator it automatically goes to IAS for adjudication.

You do know IAS is not ‘escalation’!  See the thread I started last week about the IAS. Far from ‘escalating’...more like dropping people in a hole the PPC has dug themselves.
