  • Morning,

hope everyone is okay and keeping well.

I went back to work on Thursday and it was nice to be back. They were really short staffed that day so if I hadn’t been in, there would have been difficulties. Feels like I’ve never been away now!

I left the silicone to dry from Tuesday as it had to be quite thick in areas and it said a minimum of 24 hours but could be longer. I wanted to wait to ensure it was absolutely ready and had a shower this morning so far no wet patch! So I am hoping it was what I thought and has worked. I’m going to wait a few more showers before celebrating.

DD’s football cancelled today so it’s a full relax weekend.

I need food shopping though so that will be my priority.

My sister text yesterday asking if I fancied going hers after work. DD had trampolining and so we went after that. We’ve not seen them in a few weeks properly and it was nice to relax. The dog went mad when he saw us. He was so excited. Very impromptu night but lovely none the less. We got home around 9pm so not a late night.

My friend came on Thursday night too. It was my first day/night out so we had dinner together. He was training so it was around 8pm when he got here. It was nice to have company and just relax.

    Have a lovely day x

  • Shower number two and no wet patch!

I washed my hair today as well so was in longer. Hoping it was what I thought and it stays dry!

  • Bathroom still not leaking but I still feel a bit nervous that it might start again.

Pay day tomorrow. Feeling a bit bleurgh as I didn’t get my card down to what I wanted to. I overpaid by around £900 on all debts this month. I think i’m sometimes too harsh on myself. All plans are in place for January to start my plan to pay off that loan.

    Three more get ups. X

  • Only one more get up before two weeks off starts.

I got my £130 switching offer paid today. I’ve paid it off the credit card. It now has £41 left on it. I’ll be paying it off as I get some sales through. I’ve got £13 due in my account tomorrow and then another £20 at the weekend. It has to be gone by January and thankfully it’s looking that way.

I know that I’ll save around £30 on fuel this month however, this is likely to be taken up with extra food and drink over Christmas.

    Goodnight x
