Not really, I get child benefit and ex pays £200 a month.

Morning and happy halloween, although we don't really do much in my house. DD doesn't like it so we usually go out. We won't be today though as the shrimp restaurant was our treat. Our estate only knocks on houses with pumpkins out anyway. I put sweets out for the odd one who comes this way and we do have pumpkins but we keep it inside.

I am out with DD today. The bathroom fitter will be back today as well. He started a few days late so wanted to catch up.

The transformation is huge already.

The skip is almost full but thankfully someone came and asked if they could take out any metal. That gave me a lot more space. I did a tip run for cardboard yesterday and will likely have another one to do at the end.

I am feeling better now I know the money situation. It isn't great, but at least I am aware.

Had a nice day with DD. We went to the shops, visited a table top sale and got loads of crafts things for such a cheap price. My auntie was helping out and phoned me as she was setting up to let me know there was loads of crafting things there. I went and got a bag full.

We then went to a shop she wanted something from and I took her for her hair done. She only has it cut twice a year so this was much needed.

Ensuite is almost finished. Should be done Monday and then decorating can start next week.

No second tip run will be needed as the metal removal has left room for everything in the skip.

Only had one knock on the door as we don't put out a pumpkin. I always have sweets in, so it was fine.

Tomorrow DD is at club and her dad's. I have an order and then need to drop-off supplies to the animal shelter. I will have to go to my sister's first to pick up the items.
