Hope DD gets better soon, poor wee soul and hope you don’t catch it. ❤️
Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Car loan 1 £11,174, Car loan 2 £5,532, CC 0% BT £780. Debt Free Diary to try & keep spending in check.
  • Thank you,

She’s doing ok. Eating and drinking but spending the time in between in bed. Think she’s just tired. The cough is annoying her more than anything else and she’s upset that all her things have been cancelled this week.

Sorry to hear your DD isn’t well, hope she feels better soon xx
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)
  • DD seems to have perked up. Spending the day in and out of bed but tonight at tea seemed great. She’s back in bed now though. Think she’s enjoying just relaxing.

I’ve sold some bits online. It will reduce my credit card bill to around £350. It has to be 0 come January.

Trying to think of positives and my not being in work will save me £40 in fuel. It will increase my gas bill though as it’s cold and I’ve got the heating on during the day.

It could be used as an extra payment though to reduce that bill further. I have to start January on 0.

  • I’ve been overpaying with every bit of money and I’m down to around £370. Just from selling things and anything I can reduce.

Took a picture of my living room and tree and it doesn’t look like mine! It’s so different and I love it!

elves are back causing issues tonight. DD says it’s her favourite part of Christmas, she loves it. She’s doing much better today. More like herself. Coughing but not as flushed and not as lethargic as Sunday.

My tree looks so different too!

I was booked on a wreath making course tomorrow night but I can’t attend for obvious reasons. I was looking forward to it so much. Absolutely gutted I can’t go but DD comes first.

Here’s my tree and new fireplace and tree.

Thank you. It was revamped on a tight budget. Spray paint for the fire!

Bow and decorations including lantern are from either the range or home bargains so everything is totally on a budget.

the tree skirt was bought in January for £5 in the sales. Stockings are home bargains too.

It didn’t cost much to do at all x
