Three years to get debt free

Morning,
I am feeling a whole lot better than I was. Not back to myself but at least a lot better. I have been taking all the medications I was given at the hospital to counter my allergies and it is working. I do need to be careful and get myself off them as soon as possible though as I hate relying on them, but sometimes it is what is needed to help kick start me being back to normal.
DD had her football and then went for lunch with her dad. She had a lovely time so that was nice as it meant I could sneak the return out of the house whilst she was gone. I also swept up some of the leaves on the front. I didn't do too much as I was tired and didn't want to push it.
Last night was a party we had been invited too. I didn't want to stay long so drove and was back for 10pm. DD is still asleep now which is great as 10pm is a late night for her and I think she needs the sleep. I just sat and relaxed whilst DD enjoyed herself so that ended up being nice. DD looked so grown up though and I do wonder where my baby has gone!
Money is okay. I got the shopping order delivered. I am due a refund of £3 though as they had substitutes that I didn't want. They substituted a free from steak pie for a free from chicken and bacon quiche. Hardly the same and I am not a fan of quiche. I have now got all the little bits of presents so feeling very relaxed about Christmas.
Today will be a relaxed day for me. I need to take it slow as I need to go back to work tomorrow and I don't want to have to go off again if I don't need to. I do want to wash DD's bedding when she eventually gets up!
Have a lovely Sunday everyone. xSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330

Morning Willowtree, Glad to hear your feeling much better and even managed to go to the party. You’re doing the right thing doing little bits no rush Just do what’s essential. It would have been easier for the company to refund the difference rather then return and re-order. Don’t think some of have computer systems that allow amendments- order and returns and nothing in between lol.I’ve just got some sweets and special cards (I only buy 3 now) and that’s me finished with Christmas, it’s a nice feeling to be organised Isn’t it.Tesco has 25% off clothes again so I’m going to go and see if I can get myself a couple of jumpers only managed to get one last time the offer was on, I’ve not worn it yet but it’s pretty frosty today so I think colder weather is coming.Enjoy your day x2

Evening all,
DD is out with her dad this afternoon so managed to get on top of jobs and relax.I’ve listed some more things online to sell, washed DD’s bedding and done the ironing.Next weekend I shall be putting up my tree which is very exciting. My friend isn’t around this weekend and it seems very quiet. He did phone yesterday and we spoke at length about various things. The clothes he brought have been greatly received. DD had a skirt on of his daughters today and I tried on one of her going out dresses which fits perfectly 😂. I’m a very small frame so it ended up looking okay. I’m actually wearing some of her clothes now. DD has a handful too. Some of them have never been worn and still have tags on them. It’s good though as I’m now getting a lot more outfits. A lot of my work colleagues have been generous recently and given me various bits. I think they can see I’m trying my best with DD. My neighbours are always giving me clothes too.Next year is almost here abs it’s a big year for debt paying from me. The loan needs to go, then I’m tackling the mortgage. The car is ticking over ok. I think I’m more determined than ever to get that loan paid off. XSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330

It’s been so long since I posted. I’m full of a cold (still not over the cold) and I’ve been in work this week so full of germs.I’ve messed up big time without realising. I bought something months ago online and used my credit card. I didn’t realise that it had changed my default card and I’ve found I have a credit card bill of over £750 that I wasn’t expecting. I’m dealing with it but it was a shock and I’m upset I hadn’t checked and realised the money hadn’t come out of my bank. It’s fine now though so it’s a case of paying it off and making sure it doesn’t happen again. It will likely spill into January now. I can’t change it though so it simply is a case of dealing with it now.
Tomorrow is a football match for DD followed by putting up our Christmas tree. Very exciting!September 2017 Debt = £25330

Nice that you got some new clothes for both of you.
Oh that’s annoying about the card but like you say it’s done now just have to deal with it, and it will make you more aware in future.Don’t envy you at these football matches it’s getting so cold now for standing about.Christmas tree times always makes you happy, I think I’ll put mines up next weekend.Hope you cold eases off soon x2
