  • Thank you.

I'd have taken 1p out of it as a win!
I'm owed a refund of £42 too and my ex owes me for a ticket. £7.50. I haven't counted those,I've stuck with what I actually have in my account.

    September 2017 Debt = £25330

    Starting afresh.

You can do anything if you put your mind to it. x
  • Payday has arrived and I've overpaid the loan and paid off something else I needed to. I didn't overpay last month with going to Iceland but wanted this month to continue what I've been doing. The not overpaying works where there's a school holiday.

So that's £500 of debt cleared.
Some money added to my savings
    Account still looking ok

Extra work starts tomorrow for three weeks. That will simply pay for Christmas and any unplanned events or treats.

  • I'm another that has fallen in ice and fractured my wrist. I'm currently in a cast and really could do without this.

Feeling very sorry for myself x

  • Oh no that's not good. Are you still able to work? I broke mine last summer and it is definitely a pain doing everything one handed.

Oh no, sorry to hear that. Having had a broken leg twice in the past 7 years I know how awful it is. Hope it heals quickly. Take care x

  • Thanks everyone,

Yesterday's urgent treatment centre was just one after the other fallen on ice. I got there and it had lots of people holding their wrists and then they just kept coming in.

I'm able to work from home a couple of days and they have agreed to pay for a taxi for me the days I need to be in. I know they did this for a colleague and he didn't even hurt his foot in work.

I guess it's just the frustration of being restricted.
