Omg that’s shocking no wonder you haven’t posted. There are some just plain nasty people out there. Why he trying to deny the conversation, what difference does it make to him. This is so much added stress to an already difficult situation. Glad you getting advice from your union. My opinion is people in hr can never be trusted they talk a good talk but at the end of day they are an employee and do what’s best for the employer.
I really feel for you. Sending you virtual hugs 🤗 🤗🤗 x2 -

Underneath I’m not actually surprised. There’s more to this than I know right now. Something is going on as our meeting was nothing like the tone of the email so I need to be extremely careful.I’ll be watching my back literally and metaphorically. The union call tomorrow will clarify everything I need so that I can take the appropriate steps for myself. I’m not malicious and will continue as I can for my students. I have no plans to do anything other than be professional and act as I’m advised to.I’ll keep this updated as much as I can.Miraculously I’m very calm. I think because underneath it’s absolutely the right thing.September 2017 Debt = £25330

Shocked to read your news...good job that you can get support from your union. Forgive me if I’ve got confused but isn’t the (physical) back issue related to injuries that you have sustained at work? Doesn’t that have some bearing somewhere?
