Economy crash =/= stock market crash?

At a guess, most funds won't reflect today's drops in the market until then.

I know mine haven't reacted today.

I'm assuming that he is hoping the markets continue to fall further next week, before investing some of his overweight cash.

correct - seems like choppy times ahead and am not in a rush to invest - as am invested already.
