Democracy has disappeared, if as a country,  we cannot source a judge to adjudicate a case involving the government.
  • You cant fail to notice that no MP, of any colour, has even mentioned tbis issue in passi g while many are jumping up and down, shouting about the withdrawl of the UC uplift.

I suspect that the majority have no idea of the unfairness of the sutuation and most of them actually are not interested

They have form on this, speaking about ESA and the WRAG group Crabb twittered:

"These people are in the work-related activity group (Wrag) and they do have a disability or illness but are able to work. Any disabled person who is unable to work due to ill health or disability is in the support group of ESA. They are wholly unaffected by the change, as only those who are fit to work and actively seeking work are included in the work-related activity group.”

     This is the
Stephen Crabb MP who later became secretary of state for work and pensions, after voting to cut the WRAG premium.

Yes he sounds like a lovely bloke
Rescheduled date is now November 18 and 19, until the judges become short again, the story actually made one national newspaper wow. I'd write to my MP but he is a conservative so what's the point. Maybe as we are getting some drivers in from Europe due to shortages, we could also get some judges in from Europe due to shortages.
