Free Water Filter Fridge Jug RRP £15

I had an email just now, not sure if it was automated as it says on their telephone number that they are closed.

The email says, Please rest assured that your promotional discount of £15.00 was applied to your order. Also says that I can send them back for a refund. Still gonna call them tomorrow to find out why the order went wrong and I was charged.

Does that mean the jug 'only' was free? If so, people best check their accounts, I might not be the only one that was charged.

Hi according to the initial promotion it was jug with one free filter, is there any chance that while you were p
In putting the order through, (they come up with recommendations), that you may of added on by mistake.

Sorry that sounds awful - isnt meant to be., just trying to think of questions (or excuses) they may use so at least your prepared.

Also point out to them that as a result of their error that you are overdrawn and you will pursue them for any charges on your account.

just got an email from amazon saying theyre going to send me a different jug as the brita one ran out its the jata jug and should arrive before jan 31st.
