Don't worry about it. My delivery date was changed three times, & then it turned up weeks earlier than expected. I suspect they give a long lead time to cover themselves, & also lessen the number of "where's my ....." queries they'd otherwise get.

How annoying, just had an email to say it will not be delivered until after the middle of Feb!

according to the web site thats not correct - iwanted to see wether i could use a amazon voucher - but you cant

apparently they will only send out combined orderer when everything is available

so even if you ordered something which was for immediate dispatch it would not get sent out until the jug was available which obvisuly is some time away

Don't expect too much if and when the your jug does arrive.....I've been using mine for a few weeks now, and no matter how many times I try to relocate the seal and filter, only about 1/2 the water goes through the filter and out through the hole at the bottom. The rest runs down the outside of the filter.

Has anybody else had this problem?

i got a e-mail from amazon the other day, it said there is a delayed and the jug won't be arrive until 2nd Feb!!:huh:
