Your doing well with 16 filters, just checked the link from 1st post, and it says 1 x water jug, 1 x filter xx

Sounds like he didn't get a jug though....

Still I'm sure we could use his filters

Talking of which, where are we going to get free/cheap replacement filters.....

id send them an email and ask where thr jug is free or not, thats not the point x

Am I the only mug that seems to have been charged for this so called free jug and filters?

Amazon kindly charged me twice, payment of £40.67 x 2, and I didn't even get a jug, just 16 filters that are no good to me

I'm so annoyed. Checked my order, it says they charged me £43.76 yet it's over £80 they've taken. They even put my bank account into overdrawn.

Shall be calling their CS tomorrow, not happy one bit. :mad:

as well as ringing,I would write and send it special delievery, also get hold of your bank, if you have the original email from amazon showing you requested the free jug and they took extra amount then the bank may be able to help out, def ring them x
