Just had the same email to say it will be dispatched in February some time at least they have not camcelled the order YET!

I have just received a delayed ordered from amazon, yet again, my date has changed from end of dec early jan to delivery estimate: 2 Feb 2008 - 22 Feb 2008! They seem to keep moving the goalposts, wonder whether I will ever receive it.

I don't understand how they work this as I ordered the first very night it was put up and yet loads have already received theirs.

I also ordered on the first morning,9th December, mine as also been put back, gives you the option to cancel, but as it is free will just keep waiting for it to turn up.

I Got the following email this morning:
'We are sorry to report that the following items have been delayed:
"Russell Hobbs Aqua Optima Fridge Filter Jug" [Kitchen & Home]
Estimated arrival date: 02/02/08 - 22/02/08
We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes.'

I too was one of the first to order - thanks OP - looks like it's First Come, Last Served........ but it's free so will just hope it arrives eventually.
