I don't think it proves anything other than that you changed your numberplates, someone snapped off your rear windscreen wiper and you ditched the lights at the bottom.

A lot can change in even a few months, let alone years.

One looks like it's just come out of the showroom. Judging by the shine on both the paintwork and windows.

I'm guessing, as the OP sold it, that those pictures were taken for whichever marketplace they sold it on.  Would probably be a good idea to clean it under the circumstances?
Newer number plates have the GB marking.

Yes, the pictures we have were taken in Nov 2019 when the car was sold. I was as sure as daylight from the beginning that this was the matter of cloned plates and there was no way this car would have travelled outside the registered city (to the location of parking fine). I don't need proof of this as this is the fact.
Obviously i am hoping that the photographic evidence can go someway in proving this.

As the thread has become quite long i wish to summarise the facts briefly as more info is now known through SAR from CEL and from the court.

Date of parking incident: 18/08/19 (not our car, however proving is hard based on photographic evidence alone)
    PCN issue date: 22/08/19
    PCN reminder: 25/09/19
    Car sold: November 2019
Registered Keeper Left: December 2019 (no knowledge of PCN)
Letter before action (from CEL): 12/03/20
    Final reminder (from CEL): 21/07/20
    Claim proceeding from court: 01/10/20
    CCJ issued: 10/11/20
Only became aware of PCN during casual look of credit report and spotted CCJ

    Clearly, how?

The differences are superficial at best, they definitely don't show, on the balance of probabilities that that is a different car.  Perhaps if the CCTV image wasn't so crap it might be clearer.
You're seriously trying to suggest the OP made major design changes to the front of the car to avoid a parking ticket? The first car has a light wired in bottom right, the second car has a grill setup - they are different cars

you did exactly that, read your post again. And I found it deeply offensive.

Clearly he has failed to understand the facts and circumstances surrounding this PCN and obviously jumping to conclusions. I doubt that if he even took time to read the previous posts on this thread.

I thought the idea of the forum was to advise people with a view to support them in challenging PCN/CCJ (especially where the OPs have either been wronged or are a victim etc.) NOT for people to play judge and jury. SMH

No-one here is with you on this, @p3ncilsharpener.   Effectively you are calling the OP a liar and refusing to see more than one difference about the car that certainly suggest it’s a different vehicle.

The OP is being advised about getting the PPC to consent to set aside the PCN.  Getting an incident number from the Police will help.

You are wrong about what a Judge would think about this, IMHO.

There is not only clear photo evidence it’s not the same car but the car park is also not in the OP’s area AFAIK. And the OP would be giving oral evidence and signing a WS under a statement of truth, which tips the balance of probabilities well in favour of a person who the Judge takes to be an honest witness.

As we do on this forum...

PS   The car in the PPC’s pictures is also black - and it’s a colour photo.  And there is a different silver shape under the word YARIS at the back, so it seems to be a different model.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It's a Toyota Yaris, not a Honda Civic or similar. It's a different spec car where someone has cloned the plates to get out of tickets.

You're trying to claim in the last 2 years, OP has deliberately bought 2 new licence plates, repaired their rear wiper, paid for their lights to be removed and new grills fitted, appears to have sprayed their car a different colour, changed the bumper colours (the rear photo shows black paint, black bumpers vs blue paint and light blue bumpers) - all to an ancient Yaris in the last 2 years all to try and get out of a parking ticket.

Re-read your comments, no-one but you thinks this is remotely likely
