Nice way to start the year!
I started with them at the end of May, I don't get a lot of surveys from them and I imagine you don't either if it's been so long since the last payout. Looking at their faqs, they say they 'action' payouts at the beginning of the following month and it can take up to two weeks. But it would be nice to have it before the end of the month, a bit more to add to my £10/day challeng. Which is actually only £5/day for me.

Ended up spending more money yesterday on a lightweight jacket for running on vinted. I don't mind running in light rain but two days ago I went for a run and came back drenched. I fund one in my favourote colour and still sent £33 to savings.
Day 4 of yoga was good, my muscles are sore but I like it, feels like they are doing what they should be doing
Eating is ok but could be better, there still are biscuits and gingerbread and chocolates and mince pies left from xmas and I find it hard to resist.01.12.2020 - CC £16,839 / Loan £18,820 / EF £0

NSD today, not planning on going out again today so I'm declaring it now!
Been for two long walks with the dog and did day 5 of yoga. I'm dreading tomorrow, day 6 is ually hardcore on the abs. See what I did there? 😅
I was going to run instead of the second walk, but I started listening to a podcats about the benefits on fasting while on the first walk and decided to fast today so I went into energy saving mode. I had sparkling water, coffee, tea and a miso soup so far and will have dinner soon. I used to do 5:2 before covid but it was difficult to fast while I had to feed the children during lockdown and then never got back into it. So I am starting again today, I will do 2 days a week with one meal a day for 2-3 weeks and then will try a full day fast once a week. I have two days off early Feb and I will try to fast two consecutive days then, the plan is to veg in bed and watch Netflix.
My wellies arrived today, they're super cute, I almost feel bad I'm going to wear them to the allotment this weekend.
Have a great weekend dear Reader!

That's very similar to what I normally do @lucielle but sometimes finish the second meal as late as 7.30. I say 'normally' because in the last month I started eating at noon and didn't stop until bedtime, we've had so many treats in I couldn't resist, and once you start it's hard to stop. For me anyway 😬
Yoga wasn't too bad, it was hardcore and I couldn't do everything properly, but it was very short.
I started watching Filthy House SOS, I think I saw it mentioned in Winter Warrior's diary, and this morning felt like cleaning the hob and oven. It wasn't anywhere as bad as the ones in the show but could do with a clean. I'll keep watching if it motivates me to do more housework 😀
Was planning to go to the allotment today but it's dark and pouring and it doesn't look like it will stop soon.01.12.2020 - CC £16,839 / Loan £18,820 / EF £0

I kept up with the yoga challenge; I didn't really feel it today, everything seemed so hard starting with the unusual puppy pose. I also get vertigo - only a little when lying completely flat, but really bad when doing things like lunge twists or threading the needle. I know there are some exercises I can do to make it go away, I'll have to look into that.
MSE wise - I started making extra money from surveys, bank account switches etc at the beginning of my journey but never tracked it, so I have no idea how much I've made in total so far. This year I added a new sheet to my spreadsheet where I'm writing down everything. Since the beginning of Jan I have £107.47 mainly from surveys and selling.01.12.2020 - CC £16,839 / Loan £18,820 / EF £0

You're doing really well @jokono! 🙂
Unfortunately I haven't started YWA yet! 🤦 Our visiting relative stayed longer than intended and this week has been very busy so I'm going to start on Monday - if it's too difficult I'll just do the 20 minute beginners one until the end of the month then start Center in February...
Well done on the surveys and selling - that's a great amount in a couple of weeks!! 🙌DNF: £708.92/£1000

I made it to day 15 of the yoga challenge! 🧘🏻♀️
To be honest, some days I feel like 'not yoga again?!' but because they're only about 20 minutes long I force myself to start and once there it goes by super fast and I'm happy I did it. It does eat into my running time but weather has been so horrible I probably wouldn't have gone running much anyway. I went for a long run yesterday and came back to the perfect yoga session - STRETCH ♥️
We bought an air fryer that looks like more like a mini oven, I wanted one for a long time and decided to spend my xmas money on it. I'll mainly use it for potatoes and veg but Mr JKN is looking forward to Feb 1st when he plans on having a rotisserie chicken. We went to Mr S at the weekend so he can have a look at their vegan range and got some cheese and other bits and left a big chunk of money there. Being a vegan can be expensive if you're looking to replace your usual non-vegan food with vegan substitutes. My rice, beans and potatoes are super cheap though! 😀01.12.2020 - CC £16,839 / Loan £18,820 / EF £0
