There is no problem with showing the location/address of the car park. It would be different if the alleged event occurred at your residence, but in this case, telling us the location is helpful.
The PPC and their solicitors already know where it is so as long as you don't post any personal information, there are advantages in leaving this sort of information showing to anyone and everyone who might be able to help you.

Prompt response from the Charity who effectively own the Lakeside Car Park near South Carney Gloucestershire to my second SAR to them. It would have been quicker for them to send a one line email to Minster Baywatch instructing them to cancel the PCN than deal with my SARs!

Am I able get the Charity to attend any  Court proceedings, if it gets that far? It was the Charity for example that appended extra Covid advice relating to payment on the machine that takes only cash.

Minster Baywatch replied to my SAR by wanting identity confirmation. I had already sent a copy of my V5C log book with my address details and of course therefore my vehicle details too. Surely that is sufficient?  UPDATE  I have just re read the newbies thread and it is sufficient it see
    seems.

a full copy of the V5C + copies of 2 recent redacted utility bills is what I would use

If MB want more than a current copy of the V5C, report them to the ICO.

  • Thanks @RedX @Fruitcake . I sent an email to Minster Baywatch saying that my V5C information is sufficient evidence of my ID and I expect my information within 30 days. I have a transcript chat with the ICO on the matter too.

Oooh, can you show us the transcript chat with the ICO please?  Others might be able to use it or copy.

@Coupon-mad the ICO web chat is too generic in their responses to my concerns over extra ID requests from MB to be of use I think.

I did find this on the Information Commission Office about identity checks.

"You (the organisation receiving the SAR my addition in brackets) should also not request formal identification documents unless necessary. First you should think about other reasonable and proportionate ways you can verify an individual’s identity. "

The V5C document in my view is in a PCN case, sufficient.

Agreed but a utility bill doesn't hurt as well.  Certainly agree that photo ID and phone numbers are excessive.
