Actually I think it's more to do with the whole issue of delivering to shops generally (Brexit, no lorry drivers etc) combined with the shops needing to clear out lines to ensure they have space required for all the Christmas specials. They seem to be doing stock checks very regularly trying to manage it all.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. If anyone is missing the Aldi Curry Mayo (we are), Mr T has an own brand Chilli Mayo which is a reasonable alternative...0 -

On the issue of supermarkets no longer selling their own brand versions of things - I also recently noticed that Lidl, at least my local store, has stopped selling its own brand bagels that were normally found in the bread section. My local Tesco and Asda also have stopped selling their own bagels too, which is a shame as it was quite a bit cheaper than the branded ones when they're not on offer. All I can find now are ones like Warburtons and New York Bakery Co.0

@S_uk
I was never a fan of Lidl or Aldi bagels. I don't rate Warburtons very highly either. NYBC are great as are Sainsburys which last time I bought any were on £1 for 4. (trying to low carb and I could easily eat 2 or 3 toasted.......)I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards.
