Shall we make this a Scotland QDR letters group thread and encourage people not to post piecemeal on dozens of exact same threads about this new batch of threatograms? As long as that is OK with the OP. We need a group thread rto stop people posting like it's new and to give them something to read that stops further questions.PRIVATE 'PCN'? YES, seems like QDR are going to involve themselves, just like CST did and CST for Scotland died a death.amv80994 said:

You can edit the title to "Scotland QDR letters group thread" as coupon-mad says1 -
I think the OP might struggle to do that as they only currently have 7 posts to their name. @amv80994, if you drop either @soolin or @savvy (board guides) a quick PM and ask if they'll please amend the title of your thread, that would be really helpful.beamerguy said:

I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Get onto QDR and submit a SAR - Subject Access Request a.s.a.p - requesting ALL information and documents their firm has on you. Ask them for the "Transfer of Debt" document which they won't likely have and also ask them on what authority are they "securing a CCJ" against you and ask to see thr court documents in relation to the threats of warrants of bailiffs etc!amv80994 said:I’ve received a pcn from qdr solicitors who are asking for £182 on behalf of zzps. The charge is from almost 3 years ago and at the time I wasn’t the driver. So far I’ve made no correspondence with them. From reading similar cases the best advice seems to be ignore or send them a letter with a template etc.. they have threatened to pass this case on to their Scottish legal partner.. the letters addressed to my wife and she wants to pay the fine even though neither of us was driving at the time.. are we best to pay or is there a better course of action?
I have submitted a SAR to them after they sent me the same threatogram in 2019/2020 after ZZPS gave them my details. Apparently they have "no record" of me nor their reference number since I've challenged them on their questionable behaviour. The S.R.A will be hearng all about this.
So II'd suggest get the SAR done ASAP and hold them to account before they have another one of their shredding parties 🥳 😆2 -
This thread has been bumped from May. Wonder why the OP has not been back to update it?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Get onto QDR and submit a SAR ...
SARs shoud go to the OOC, not the law firm. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
