ok the problem is I cannot access the MCOL website as it doesn't except the claim number nor the password

Also should I reply to B W Legal 's email as above ?

Then you need to 'phone the CCBC to: -

a) Find out if they have received your defence
b) Sort out your MCOL access problem. 

Ignore the BW letter.

just to let you know I received a letter in he post from the Courts this morning acknowledging receipt of my defence from the courts  .. so finally getting somewhere ... it says "if the claimant wishes to proceed he must contact them within 28 days or they may contact me directly to attempt to resolve" in a nutshell

Do I still need to contact Mcol with the logging in issues ?? 

I'm due to go into hospital on Saturday so will be in for a while and not driving but im sure nothing will be happing in the short term unless you advise I need to do different

It could be next month when the DQ arrives in the post

You could download a PDF copy , fill it in , then leave it stored , emailing it to the CCBC after the postal one arrives , that is what I would do

wow I've now completed the N180 form ready and have saved it ready for when I get a response from the courts .. I have completed from  section A  but what about the top of the form ? what do I complete in the part "In the" obviously I know the claim number although this is still in question with the 0 and O ... then there is the box "to be completed by, or on behalf of "" is that myself ?  

sorry .. I finally feel I'm getting somewhere and have more understanding of it now .. only took god knows how long :-(

Have a look at that box on your County Court Claim Form.
That should make it easy for you to work out.

Hi All please see copy of recent letter received from the courts … I’m now panicking as I need to ensure I get organised … do you think this will go ahead ? I’m a little concerned as I used the template for a car park as opposed to a permit park and not long spotted that mistake … should I wait for Napier to pay the fees before doing anything ? Also should I submit all my photos:videos and letters disputing the fine ?
