None of the advice tells you to use the forms.
But CM, the OP is saying they cannot use MCOL because the password doesn't work.
    We are discussing a workaround.

Ah, OK, missed that sorry!  They can email to acknowledge the claim but I was concerned they'd full in all the stuff about finances if they use the forms.

If you have filled in the form following the guidance given earlier then now is the time to email that form to the CCBC as detailed in my post on 14 May at 6:54PM.

As for your other questions... your answers are there - in that second post of the NEWBIES thread.

ok so I have now emailed a copy of the AOS to MCOL .. sorry but access to MCOL was blocked so I couldn't access it, I wasn't sure whether to tick I intent  of defend all of the claim or I intend to contest jurisdiction ? so went with I intend to defend all this  claim - I have also wrote to Napier asking for SAR and have wrote to B W Legal explaining that I have requested SAR
I hope I'm on the road to getting somewhere ??

Is correct although I intend to defend............ is what it would have said.

    I did suggest earlier...
To find out how to complete the form you might want to look at the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread
    In there you would've seen...

So you got it right.  :)

Did you tell them that you were seeking debt advice (even though you deny any exists) and require them to put the case on hold for a minimum of 30 days? While they have a legal obligation to put on hold for seeking debt advice, there is no such obligation just for you to await a SAR response; they won't agree to that!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Hi
Apologies I've been away and I'm just playing catch up .. I have just looked back through my emails and I don't think I have asked for the case to be put on hold for 30 days ...
Also I have not heard back yet from the CCBC as I cannot access it online due to it not accepting my password etc so had to email them instead, also the data protection officer only emailed me back on Friday with the personal data.
