    When you're up to it can you give us a court report please? (Case reference, Judge name, who represented the C, what happened - who said what - as much as you can remember).

    Ha ha it was a telephone hearing..  I had a few wobbles  and had to get a grip .. it was all gettin a bit much for me and I was buckling with fear and tears kept coming and going .. not that they knew that  🤦‍♀️😂

    If that letter came from a solicitor I would complain to the SRA, it is positively insulting.
