Hi all .. I’m back !! And with great news to share … my case was dismissed today and I won  !! He appealed and again was rejected .. I was awarded £40 coats too.. once again thanks for your input and help .. I never saw this coming and never thought this would be the outcome !! To be honest i was shaking from
start to finish but elated with the result and what a nice man the judge was .. once again a big thank you to all and merry Xmas ! 🎉😂

Congratulations! ANOTHER (Napier) ONE BITES THE DUST!

When you're up to it can you give us a court report please? (Case reference, Judge name, who represented the C, what happened - who said what - as much as you can remember).

Why, was it cold in court?  Anyway, well done and on getting costs awarded to you.

Ha ha it was a telephone hearing..  I had a few wobbles  and had to get a grip .. it was all gettin a bit much for me and I was buckling with fear and tears kept coming and going .. not that they knew that  🤦‍♀️😂

If that letter came from a solicitor I would complain to the SRA, it is positively insulting.
