I guess you're working through it and still need to post page 4 etc.?
Part 10(d) would seem to conflict with the last paragraph of part 9 ... how will the Client even know about PCNs which need cancelled if they're not allowed (by the contract) to enter into discussions with people who have received PCNs? 🙄Jenni x1 -
I think there are also some cut and paste errors in your para 22.
Para 9 of the Landowner contract states that 'the Company shall have the right to enter into a 'relevant contract' with anyone who parks....'. The regulars on the forum will correct me if I am wrong but I understand for a permit only car park with forbidding signage they could not form a contract with you. They would have to issue a claim for something else such as trespass.

Hi I used the car with the barrier but it was before the barrier I parked .. the picture shows the back of the car park not the front of it …1
