  • I also went for a walk on Wednesday and enjoyed some snowdrops on a river bank.
    I think the 60s as a whole produced a one vintage  ;)

Now you’re making me feel old, I’m 62 in August 😱 I have snowdrops in my garden right now.
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)
  • Dropped DGS2  last night and DGD was there with a bag packed unbeknown to her mum . Well I could hardly refuse she wanted to stay and for me to take her to her Saturday activity at 9.00am . She is a very good child and sleeper so no problem . The best bit is they have a cafe at the activity so coffee and toast are being consumed . Taking her straight home after . Hoping to visit a friend after for a catch up .
Tomorrow is shopping with dad , tip run for parents , cemetery with parents and then some admin for them .
Hopefully in the future this will happen in the week and leave weekends free .

I had a really good sleep last night for a change , probably because I was tired after DGS2 .

Think that’s it for now .

  • Have just been looking at booking theatre tickets etc near to my big birthday in December , I can't believe some of the prices . It looks like it will be my towns theatre for the panto with the DGC !
Have booked a night of 70's music though in the big town £40.00 each so not that bad .
I think I must be very MSE now as years ago I would have just booked regardless of the price .
