Agree with Beanie that’s a great idea. I have another 5 years to go until I can retire thanks to the retirement age going up 😩

Don’t get me started on the change in retirement age 🤬🤬🤬🤬
I'm pleased you got to speak to your boss and discuss your options. It sounds like a good idea for you.
Also pleased you are finally getting over your bug……hope it’s bugg**ed off 👍

  • Have been to the posh garden centre today with my mum as DD is on leave so no DGS2 today . I am picking them up from school later and DGD is staying tonight . The cakes are lovely in the cafe and the coffee is good as well .
Lovely weather nice and sunny , just popping out for a walk before the school run .

I am in demand for babysitting tonight 😂. It's not often DD and DH go out so I don't mind . Took DGD to her drama class this morning after she stayed for the night , she is no trouble and a good sleeper.
Tomorrow is shopping with my dad , then some household jobs and then it will be weekend over again.
Today has been a spend day , beauticians and car washed and hoovered .

I had my GK’s overnight last night. Youngest took some time to go to sleep, think cos it was because we had been to burgerk**g and then had a midnight feast (at 8.00 o’clock). Now kiddo’s have gone home, so chippy for tea and an early night is on the cards. Also not felt like going out so a no spend day for me (DH paying for tea).xx
