Today was stressful, doing 2 lots of shopping together took me back to the first lockdown. Then the cemetery to my brothers grave with my mum, we did a good job on it, he is all set up for Christmas. Then on to another supermarket as my dad usually goes in the week but obviously didn't happen. We then went to another shop to finish my mums Xmas shopping, nearly had a row about queue jumping. Lots of people without masks in every shop. Came home to do the ironing and have my Sunday dinner .I am now sat ready for Strictly again. I have spent money today and need to transfer money to the right accounts.Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.3

You've been busy today! The mask thing is so annoying - surely not everyone is medically exempt! People just can't be bothered. 🤬

SSG I honestly think that the vast majority of those who really are medically exempt are now wearing them - at least most of the time - anyway, plus those people also tend to keep a good clear distance of others. It's the ones who can't be bothered who get right up close!

EH - I went out again today - the crowds were a lot less and more folk seemed to be wearing masks. I assume because a lot of shoppers were older and the younger more guilty parties were at work! Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

I finish work today until Monday , off into the big town for my birthday afternoon tea tomorrow.Today I am delivering food parcels to lots of families on low incomes that have Christmas stuff in them. Just doorstep deliveries and will be masked and gloved . The parcels are really appreciated at this time of year.My ceiling is still dry so that's another thing off my mind . Dad is healing well but still has some stitches in his head that the nurses are coming to daily to remove and dress his wound.Everyone have a good day and stay safe .Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.3

Thank goodness for the still dry ceiling and that your Dad seems to be on the road to recovery too. That's a lovely thing to do with the food parcels too.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Well done with the food parcels. It’s so sad that people need them though.
I bet you both felt better after visiting your brothers grave and making it nice for Christmas.
Pleased that your dad is doing well 👍January spends - £587.582
