Have a lovely time at your meet up 😀 I hope everyone in the family are now recovered from the dreaded lurgy, it's a nasty virus that's for sure 😟

  • I appear to have another UTI , though not had one for a year, phoned GP at 8.15 and had a call back at 9.30 no complaints there. Antibiotics on there way hopefully.
Had a lovely evening Thursday at the big mall, did most of my Xmas shopping, just one more to buy . Payday today so must put pay CC bill from Xmas/ birthday account.
Lovely meet up with MSE friends , must do it again soon.
Saturday was shopping, dog walking , babysitting .
Yesterday had a PJ day , watched a Christmas film and did the ironing .
Hoping to get out for a walk at lunch . Plus phone my mum again as she hasn't been well over the weekend .

Hope the antibiotics arrive soon for you and that your mum isn't too poorly.

Since you consumed my diary thought I'd checkout yours. Glad you got to go away abroad and to do crafting. I love crafts too.

Good luck with your retirement plans... You seem to have found a good balance between saving and spending

Glad you enjoyed your catch up. I must admit I was very tempted to watch Love Actually for the millionth time yesterday. I was originally trying to find somewhere showing Hocus Pocus original version but not paying £11.99 for an old film I’ve already seen lots of times as much as I love it.

Hope both you and your mum feel better soon.

Hope your Mum feels better soon. My DD went to Cornwall for the weekend and one of the shops were  playing Christmas songs already, I also noticed that a couple of Christmas channels have re appeared on the tv 🙄

I do like a Christmas film but couldn’t watch one until December 😂😂 i actually prefer to do my Christmas shopping later too, but practically it’s easier to spread the cost and get items when available…..think it’s the Christmas last minute rush I enjoy…..I must be mad 😂😂
Hope you and your mum are on the mend 👍

  • I have to confess I haven't seen Love Actually. Will watch it when I have my own home again. I didn't know it was a Christmas film.

UTI's can make you feel off balance so take care and hope you feel better soon.
