Today has been a whirlwind but I got there in the end . In work at 7.30 , left at 1, met boss and colleague for a Costa and catch up. Back home to log on , finish at 4.30:went to parents for an hour , then to have my hair done and home.
We have a man sat on a roof with an axe about 5 min walk from me , he has been there since 8am and as far as I know is still there. Lots of police , ambulance and fire service on scene .I am going to bed , in work until lunch then off until Tuesday .mLife is an adventure, never stop exploring.4 -
The man has just come down and been arrested , at least the local residents who had been evacuated can go back home .Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.5

There was a young man with obvious mental health issues in the bank today.
I do think people with obvious mental health issues are not being supported right now
