Back from RHS gardens , very nice to look at, good flat paths , plenty of places to sit. The cafe was chaos, very badly organised and will avoid next time. Coffee huts dotted around . We missed the rain , very lucky.

Pension update , sadly I have been turned down in having my pension 18 months early , all due to contracting out of serps and guaranteed minimum pensions. Not surprised though as they say this everytime I enquire. I have had a forecast for my 60th birthday and it fits in with my expectations so 18 months and hopefully be part time , 2 days a week.

Not a NSD as I bought coffee for friend and myself.

Will you be ditching your mask on the 19th July ? I will still be wearing mine in crowded places and transport . I notice some airlines have said they will still be compulsory.

Initially I said once masks were no longer compulsory I’d cut mine up into tiny pieces. I hate the damn things. However I’ve decided I’ll be keeping it in my bag and using in busy places. Otherwise won’t be using.

Sorry to hear about the pension decision……but glad you’re still on track for a 2 day week.
The gardens look nice - from what I’ve watched on tv it all seems flat and straight paths. I prefer curves where you don’t know what’s around the bend……I could well be doing it an injustice though. That’s another reason we said we will wait until next year to allow a bit more height. Pleased you kept dry 👍

End of the working week for me , glad it's over.

Managed 5 NSD in a row so pleased with that. Budget is going well 10 days to payday.
Looking forward to the weekend as have nothing planned at the minute apart from the usual housework.

Have been feeling a bit tired today so may have an early night .

    Well done on the spends.
My favourite type of weekend where nothing is planned and they can just unravel…😃
    Enjoy your early night 👍

I know what you mean about playing with the little ones. I was skipping and jumping with my young relative and was asked when we stopped, why are you breathing hard? Haha

2 days a week will be lovely.
