Please may you direct me to such a letter or template?
He means you are correct, there isn't one.  We hate templates for complaints. Think about why that might be.

Each letter covers a different circumstance, how would a template accommodate ths?
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Apologies for my naivety, but I have had several templates to use for various stages of this process, I assumed there would be something similar for the MP letter.

Ok, I’ve just had the following response from my MP’s office (main body of e-mail),

“Thank you for your email to Nigel regarding a parking fine from 2019. I am sorry to hear about this but not sure if we will have any success if we contact Euro Parking Services Ltd on your behalf.

I am happy to write to the company, though we don’t have a direct contact email address, but I would need your home address, the car registration, the PCN ref number and a reference number from your recent letter from Gladstone’s Solicitors.

In the meantime, please do take a look at the House of Commons Library briefing:

    https://commonslibrary.parliament.uk/research-briefings/cbp-8736/

Furthermore, please do take a look at the Citizens Advice Bureau website:

    https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/debt-and-money/action-your-creditor-can-take/bailiffs/

Of course you can also appeal to POPLA – Parking on Private Land Appeals – please take a look at the following information:

    https://www.popla.co.uk/faqs

Another of Nigel’s constituents used this organisation earlier this year and was successful in their appeal.

I hope this information is helpful.”

I’m pretty sure the POPLA approach is irrelevant in my case. Should I send the other information requested?

    Many thanks again!

    GF

    Yes provide the information

Popla is time barred after 33 days from a code being generated , remind them of that , if the PPC is a BPA AOS member , but that as EPS is an IPC member , POPLA is never available

A landowner complaint would be better , as well as to EPS

Tell the person to stop telling people ''of course you can appeal to POPLA''!  Flipping heck they are clueless.

Not only is it far too late buit there never was a chance to appeal to POPLA, and both the so called independent appeals services (POPLA and the IAS) are operated by the parking sector and Parliament is about to replace them and regulate the 'cowboy' industry, so this is an ideal time for an MP to become involved and support a victim constituent who has no appeal open to them and even if they'd tried, the IAS is a kangaroo court which the MHCLG are well aware about:

Response from EPS in relation to my SAR to DPO,

“You have not supplied your PCN number or vehicle registration for us to supply the subject access request, please supply these details so we know what this relates to.”

Apologies for the stupid question, I gather there’s no issues in sending PCN no. & Vehicle Reg?

    Thanks again,
    GF

No issues , just means they don't have a suitable database search under the subject name , meaning you , as they are required to do

When you reply , remind them that you want ALL your data as the data subject , for every PCN they have issued to you , not just the one you tell them about !! ALL data

    It's not a stupid question , it's a valid question

Thanks, I’m only aware of the one PCN, should I still ask for more than what I’m aware of?

    thanks again
