Update from EPS (maybe my MP request did something)…
“I can confirm your SAR will be dispatched today by first class recorded delivery.”

SAR received from EPS...
I have received the various copies of correspondence EPS had sent to keeper for this one incident (PCN and reminders). Also included is the utility bills the I had sent to confirm identity for the SAR. Along with the documentation is some of EPS' notes on the case with photos taken from the CCTV at various intervals.
It is clear that EPS have actioned the SAR off the back of me complaining to my MP about the SAR not being handled correctly. The MP's office contacted our friend Rashpal Chana (please see previous comments on thread!) requesting EPS action the SAR in question.
What is staggering is the blatant lie in the description of events within the notes section. EPS state the following (which is the first time I have seen this), "During this period there were empty bays available but the driver still did not parked correctly and creating an obstruction for genuine users." [note poor grammar/choice of words is not me there].
If you can remember my very first post on the original thread (https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5980299/euro-parking-services-ltd-pcn-ntk/p1) I stated:
"The driver does remember parking there (not obstructing any other vehicles or pedestrians) until another space came free, which is when the driver moved the car to an available space"
Of course EPS have conveniently only sent photos of the apparent offense (can't see the whole car park, but driver can remember it was full) and then included a photo of an empty space (next to where the keeper's vehicle was parked) which is timestamped 15 minutes after the incident (when the driver was long gone). The time frame for the whole episode was 12:48 to 12:56. The timestamp on the photo of the empty space is 13:15.
If EPS sent actual video footage or any photos from 12:56 to 13:05 it will be evident that the driver moved the car to the nearest space which came free at 12:56.
Do I have to action anything at this stage? Please note still no response from Gladstones Solicitors.
Many thanks
GF

If this is still at LBC stage , then nothing else to do except ensure you have collected all evidence and exhausted the plan A route , because plan A is always the best option2

I’m not happy with the evidence supplied even though I’ve got them on blatant falsehoods.
thanks again,

I doubt they hold anything else about me, I'm just concerned if this was to go to court, the missing CCTV would really help the case as it'll prove that the PPC have lied. Should I request the missing CCTV?

There will not be any CCTV more likely it was ANPR - unless of course they have said CCTV somewhere in the PCN.2

In which case you can ask for any CCTV images about you but how will they know it is you? You can ask for images about the vehicle with VRM of AB19CDE where that is the vehicle in question but treat it as a continuation of your previous SAR and not a new one else they could try to charge you.2
