Seems pretty straight forwards so far, would you like to see the drafts before I send SAR to DPO and 30 day request to solicitor?
The SAR is a template (but don't offer the opportunity for them to seek even further ID than the copy of your V5C), and as long as you refer to 'seeking debt advice' in the letter to the sols, we don't really need to see the drafts. But if there's anything you're uncertain of, feel free to ask.
The keeper no longer owns the car, so no V5C... is it best to attach two utility bills to the SAR letter?

    Thanks again,
    GF

Have you complained to your MP?
Not yet, unsure of how to approach it and to which MP, the incident took place in Birmingham yet the keeper lives in Worcester
He said YOUR MP , meaning the one for your constituency that you did or didn't vote for

I don't suppose there is a template or example letter to an MP?

The MP for whom you vote in a general election.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Thank you for the support so far.
    • SAR sent to PPC.
    • Case on hold request sent to solicitor.
    • Complaint sent to my MP.
Is the next step to wait for a 'Court Letter'?
