Keep that letter safe, as proof if and when you need it, that they have given you an unspecified extension of time that you take to be reinstating the 3 hours you were allowed before. You should never get another PCN here but hey, they moved the goalposts before!
Also, if ever you notice that the PPC is no longer ParkingEye, you will have to go through this all over again with the new PPC because no-one cares to join up the dots.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Evening all,
I am extremely distressed. My partner parked in a car park with a time limitation sign and we received a PCN through the post. Silly mistake, she didn't see the signs, I challenged but paid. Unfortunately the offence was on the 30th May and we didn't receive the PCN via post until the 14th June. Since then she has used the car park a further two times without realising the issue. I have challenged on the grounds that the signage cannot be clear enough for her to miss it three times (her time of entry also being 8pm or later each time), and 2nd that if we had received notice in a reasonable amount of time, she would have known this was a parking limited site and not made the same mistake three times. Is this sufficient grounds to appeal?0 -
