Thank you for your recent correspondence.

Please be advised appeals are not dealt with via this email address. If you wish to appeal, please follow the below procedure.

    APPEALS & COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

All appeals and complaints must be put in writing and should be forwarded to one of the addresses below. All appeals must be received within 28 days from the date of our initial correspondence. Please include all information to assist with the appeal. This may include: a store receipt from the day in question; proof of purchases via a bank statement etc. If the appeal is unsuccessful, you will be advised in writing and you will also be provided with details of the Independent Appeals Service (POPLA), their contact details and a unique appeal reference.

Please note: POPLA will not accept an appeal if you have not appealed to ParkingEye in the first instance.

Why are you telling us this?
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

But that email says "If you wish to appeal...".

There is no "have to" about it.

I thought you were sending a complaint, not an appeal?

Please write to: Appeals Department, ParkingEye Ltd, PO Box 117, Blyth, NE24 9EJ

    Online: www.parkingeye.co.uk/appeal

Any complaints will need to be sent in writing to the above address. ParkingEye are unable to deal with complaints or appeals via email or telephone.

So I should send my complaint to the above address, but that's for appeals ?

I would.  Better than not.  Use the appeals webpage, not Royal Mail.

In writing means using the appeals page they gave you.

NO-ONE SENDS A SILLY LETTER TO PARKINGEYE BY POST.
