You need to take those images down, going over personal details with a felt tip pen or even a marker pen does not hide them, you should use a program such as paint to block them out, or paper over the top .
from that i can see the vehicle is MOT'd until the 29th July and the property it is registered to has a School nearby, and is up a gated drive with one wooden phone pole on the pavement outside to the left, and another behind a hedge.
The registered keepers name is also showing
    From the Plain Language Commission:

"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"

So, to get back on track to the earlier questions we raised.  I have shared all the SAR documentation, can I now ascertain the following:

    1)     @Redx , do you think I have no keeper liability?

On my 1st 'delay tactic' email to UKPC, they dismissed my need to get SAR by stating:

"As the charges remained unpaid, and a named driver was not nominated, you are being pursued as the registered keeper of the vehicle."

...............................Is s this true? What chance do I have as a keeper? I cannot see on the

    2)    Do these documents comply or not?

@Redx, you stated once I get a copy of the NTK, I should see that tear off slip and the warning about naming the driver. You will probably find that it failed to comply with POFA on timescales or wording or both

    The facts are:

    a) I didn't receive a copy of a NTK.

    b) On the letter Re: NTK it does not ask me to nominate the driver.  (Now, on my daughter's parking charge letters in 2016 for another alleged parking overstay it does state " UKPC do not know the name and address of the driver. We therefore invite you to pay the charge or provide us with the name and address of the driver")

    c) It  doesn’t give the entry time  or exit time

    d)  On one, the photo used isn’t date/time stamped; on the other you cant read it

    TIA

As above , until you or us see the missing documents , your questions cannot be answered

If you are the RK , plus if the claimant PPC complied with POFA , then you are deemed liable , even if you were not the driver and stuck in Brisbane or Adelaide with 2 broken legs. 😁😁

    It's that simple

Non compliance with POFA means a non driving keeper is not deemed liable

A driver is ALWAYS deemed to be liable , no law protects them apart from the CRA 2015 and the Limitations Act 1980

There is nothing difficult about liability

There is only one NTK , the first postal notice PCN posted to a keeper after the claimant obtains their details by using an electronic link to the DVLA database !!

No subsequent letters are an NTK , merely reminders , so all you need to do is check for compliance , there are only 2 possibilities , 1) they did , or 2) they didn't !!

The pictures on the previous page do show an NTK , one following a windscreen notice , there may be no tear off slip but they do mention that you have 28 days to nominate the driver , on that NTK , some 5 or 6 weeks after the contravention

As you already are aware , you are confusing us by having threads about you and threads about your daughter , plus you are comparing the 2 , adding to the confusion , one reason I stopped commenting , it's too complicated , too many crossovers

Ps , you can name the driver anytime up until a court claim is issued , but not after

Sorry for all the confusion @Redx. Even I was confused

Well, do you know what? I persevered and managed to track down the land owner's facilities manager at JLL and we had a very nice conversation. She has now requested that all PCNs are cancelled and UKPC have acknowledged this.

What a happy night - feel like celebrating. Such a weight lifted
If it hadn't have been for the advice on here, I wouldn't have even taken this route - so thankyou everyone!

    Brilliant news!

ALWAYS COMPLAIN TO THE LANDOWNERS ABOUT PRIVAYE PARKING FIRMS.  THEY NEED TO TAKE MORE RESPONSIBILITY.

Please please do this as well, we need you:
