different threads, two different cars...... different dates, different letters. The threads were different questions, but both came back to checking compliance...TIA

You appear to have shown us two identical images. Same dates, same vehicle reg, same times, same reference numbers.
It says "A parking charge was issued to the driver at the time".
Is that true? Was there a windscreen ticket fixed to the car?

Those don't look like a copy of the original NTK (singular, shown twice) as it begins, Re: Notice to Keeper.
I would expect the original to say, Notice to Keeper, and a genuine copy should include the Mug's Discount, whereas it actually says, £0.
I'm not covinced it is a true copy of the original NTK, but is instead a mocked up version or perhaps a reminder.
Do you have a copy of the original NTKs to show us?

@Fruitcake,
As part of the SAR, I received back from UKPC photos, copy of windscreen charge, a copy of the letter shown and a copy of final reminder. That's all

But it's the photos, shadows and background you must check, as per the evidence shown in the UKPC news article. One was all about the shadow not moving in hours!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The two photos look remarkably alike - note the angle of the o/s front wheel against the kerb. Same parking spot as well. Also note that the second photo is not timestamped. This was the time of some fraudulent photo manipulation by bonus-hungry UKPC Parking weasels. See what others say.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I'm not seeing the period of parking stated on either of those NTK's.0

@Umkomaas, do you think the angle of the wheel would always look the same because she approaches the spot from the same angle and has got into the habit of never bothering to straighten her wheels? Also, I think she always used the same spot.
The photo isn't date/time stamped on the copy of the re: NTK but it is on the copies of photos they sent me.
@Fruitcake - Totally agree, there was no letter stating Notice to Keeper. The letter Re:Notice to Keeper seems to suggest there should have been a letter before this which I didn't get back from the SAR

For ease @Coupon-mad, I have put the early and late photos of each charge on a page each (two charges/dates) reminds me of a spot the difference quiz!! I have checked for shadows and backgrounds
