I haven't had any response yet for my request to rebill June's gas correctly. As you can see from the app, it clearly shows when we were on holiday, yet the bill does not reflect this. I've checked the datachecker on Octoprice and it's showing no missing readings for the whole of June. Obviously the amounts involved in the over billing are quite small, but I'm concerned about the supposedly small amounts of gas passing through the meter when we're not here. It's possible we may have a small leak somewhere. An accurate bill with accurate daily readings may have helped establish whether we have a problem.

I don't understand.  An accurate bill won't tell you anything different from what the accurate usage data is already telling you.

At the moment I have a bar chart from the app where the amounts involved are tiny, the scale isn't useful enough, they could just be errors. A proper bill with real usage numbers may show whether the meter was actually moving or not. As it is, I know there's no way what we have been billed reflects what passed through our meter on any given day. The daily amounts on the bill are just plain wrong. The meter is in the garage where it has been incredibly hot while we were away, could this have had something to do with these tiny entries on the bar chart? At the moment I have nothing to go off, and no way of establishing if we have a problem or not.

In my Octopus app, I can place my finger on the screen and read the value for each bar.
FYI when we were on holiday with hw switched off and the room stat turned right down, our daily gas use was recorded as zero.

Thanks, have done this and am getting between 0.01 and 0.21 kWh on the days we were away. Odd to say the least.

Did you get a proper bill or an averaged one?

My most recent Tracker gas bill was averaged, but back when we were away (and consumption was zero for a week) I had a proper one.

You can also change to show a single day at a time (instead of month/week) and get the half hour usage for that 24 hours.
