At least we are heading towards the few months where many of us use very little gas.

I have just switched to gas tracker, and been putting weekly meter reading which generate bills. how is the gas price unit calculated for a period ie mine 7 days, do they just do an average? As i looked 2 bill week apart get different rates 4.24 then 3.95 - my guess they average up the daily rate by days used?

If you scroll down the bill, Octopus show how the average rate is calculated using the daily usage/rate
There is no need to submit meter readings with a smart meter on tracker. They will automatically bill you each month.0 -

hmm that's not good news, I wonder if it maybe a good idea to be looking at fixed tariff offers again.
