Re Twitter, many thanks for putting me on to the correct web site. That could have saved me a load of hassle. Does one normally get an email alert if and when there is a reply from Twitter?

Re Twitter, same situation. If I type www.twitter.com/octopus I can't get to the page you are showing. A pop-up appears saying that these posts are "protected" and my access request is "pending" until released by Octopus. I'll need an IT guru to tell me what the.   is going on. If anyone is listening I'd appreciate assistance
It could be because you have only just joined Twitter and they don’t want newly created accounts spamming them with random abuse, but that’s just a guess -  when I wanted to message Octopus on Twitter it was not an issue it just worked straight away, but I had been a member of Twitter for a long time.

It turned out that I was typing in the wrong web address to look for. Pilot error as they say. Big improvement once corrected.

I ought to know the answer to this: Are Tracker (and Agile) users affected by the reduction in EPG?

  • forcast for next weekend cheap electric so any heavy loads try and hold out
  • and free sausage roll seem to have vanished, free drink is still on the site
  • Greggs free sausage rolls were only available until 17 March, free drinks are available until the end of the year

EPG? Do you mean the price cap?

Agile and Tracker users should now all have fixed end dates, so no they aren't affected by the price cap

They weren't subject to the price cap even when they were variable. They were subject to the EPG as variable tariffs, but that ended last year.
