I have an end date of June 2024 so I will hopefully keep the old S/C and calculations until then. If it does change we can all say that it was nice while it lasted. I don’t think any of us have lost out by being on Tracker. It would be a shame to lose it but it’s out of our control.

I'm looking at the "Help and FAQs" page on the web site but searching for the "formulas" which you have been referring to brings up nowt. Idiot-proof guidance would be welcome.

In other news the long range weather forecast suggests quite the windy 22nd December til 26th December so the festivities could be a little cheaper this year on tracker.

I can tell you from past experience of companies that wanted to move customers off products that didn't benefit their bottom line, that won't last. Regardless if the emails come tomorrow for everyone or if they are being sent in batches, longest served customers first, they will remove everyone off the old tariffs, imminently or eventually.
