    In the past, when I didn't have a "Change my payments" option available I just edited the URL to get to that page (and then saved as a favorite).

    The link for the change tariff option should be:

    https://octopus.energy/dashboard/accounts/9999999/tariff-renewal/#/

    replace 9999999 with your account number

    Yeah that works, so forcing the issue works, but since bristol seems convinced it should already be on all accounts (I would be more confident if he quoted a source) then I will twitter DM them for an official reason why it isnt there) and if they give me a reason will let the MSE community know.

    Could be the reason, I was moved from agile to tracker recently on electric and have a pending gas tracker renewal due later this month.

    Will assume this is the reason so not going to bother querying about it.
  • Just wondering if anyone’s been switched to tracker this week yet? I filled my form in last Sat and was expecting to be switched yesterday / today but haven't seen or heard anything. Just wondering if I should contact them if others have already been switched or just wait patiently..

    Answer they have given on Twitter  "  the switch will happen sometime today — when it does, you’ll get an email confirming everything and be able to see your new tariff in your app/online account"

    Had my renewal e-mail today (July 22 version)

    "You've been on Octopus Tracker for almost 12 months now.

    If you'd like to stick with Tracker, please let us know by replying to this email.

    If you do nothing, you'll roll onto Flexible Octopus … (etc.)"  


    So I responded yes we'd like to stay on it.

    They switched me today to Tracker for both electricity and gas, despite me saying I wanted gas only and to remain on Agile for electricity.  

    Why is nothing ever straightforward?

    Yep, me too, checked my account online and its showing Tracker for both Gas and Electricity. Not received an email yet but very pleased I've signed up.

    I had a similar email 're my gas tracker ending. I clicked as required to say I wanted to renew and had an email saying I needed to do nothing, but have since had nothing more official to say it will be renewed, nor any tariff confirmation.
