Makes no sense either as if you load the tracker it does say a diff price, but that says wholesale price, not my price, so I do know its wrong but I am also going to argue this is my price it says on these days with calendar pics taken in same pic...

My "load Tracker" thing has never worked properly, I only get a "figure of 8 of doom" (usually a circle of doom)

I think their billing system has gone wrong as well - I don't have a smart gas meter and do weekly reads just had pdf bill for the latest period, I am on tracker v3.

This week the line items from usage calculation is as follows - highligted in bold is an item I have not seen before and does not make any sense at all:

Looks like the calculation is taking into the gov subsidy, I would argue thats not your/my fault and you do not accept to be re-billed on the basis you used accordingly to the price at the time.

Very tricky one for them, I assume they may actually be asking the gov for the subsidy on these tariffs too lol

Ohh maybe the subsidy hasnt been disabled for the trackers where it would always be under the cap? e.g. v3 for gas? I am 2.2p today lol
