Octopus Tracker

Just a quick question. Joined Octopus at the start of September and was on the Gas tracker rate. However Octopus were using the gas meter serial number for the old meter and not the smart meter.I sent them photos and a few days ago the changed this over on my account. However my gas account is now showing Flexible Octopus April 2022 v1.Is it worth asking to switch back to the Gas tracker that I was on?

It was the July 2022 v1 - Was only using it for gas.Personally, I'd wait a couple of days to see if there is a new Tracker released and then decide. As you were on July 2022 and only seem to have been moved off as a result of correcting a meter error you should be able to get Octopus to put you back on it again, but a short wait to check for a possible new version shouldn't affect that...

It doesn't appear on the current page at all.(Apologies if this has already been posted.)Agile has gone as well now.Hopefully new versions on the way as the webpages for those products are still available...

Yesterday Agile went to historical ( later than tracker did) and returned to current tariffs later on yesterday

You think they'll launch a new Tracker with lower caps than July v1?MWT said:

It's sad if they retiring TOU tariffs, but Agile is listed there as well and the signup page for it is still online. I am hoping its temporary.QrizB said:Has anyone else noticed that Tracker is now a "historic" tariff at https://octopus.energy/tariffs not a current one? Octopus has history here. They often appear to withdraw a t-o-u tariff before they issue a new version. My guess is that the EPG has added a big complication to such things as the internal tariff cap.Chrysalis said:
