I seem to have spent a lot of this evening watching the neighbourhood on TV - what with the round Britain show (or whatever it was called) focussing on my bit then this make up show focussing on a former Duchess...who lived in the big house over there *points*. S'nice here.
Ooh Round GWS vibes for both you and dad.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

Morning xx
The FL sick leave seems to be working. Or is it the flylady love that's healing me? ❤❤
I will feed the birds and that's it today.
I'm not using my spoons so feel free to take some.
Have a good day

She is a pest... and people wonder where I get it from lol.. both my grandmothers were like this!

Washing out..
And, as Queen Procrastinator.. I decided.. in my laziness.. that putting the ebeast stuff in the boxes would be a good use of my time.. so I have now spent 3 hours listed 15 items on ebeast and doing very little else..
I NEED A KICKING!!!!
I have put away.. 10 items and made more mess than I have tidied..

Hello all. No flying here as paid stuff is being a nightmare and I'm procrastinating about going back to it having just managed to fit in a walk with the dogs.Spend less now, work less later.8

Gentle *kick* for you, Piggers.Well done on dental treatment survival, Valli; at least it's over and done with for a goodly long time. I hate that anaesthetic mouth thing - it really interferes with drinking coffee and I love my coffee. Thanks for the info about Hotters online YL. I find buying shoes really hard - some very occasionally feel like walking on air, and others are so uncomfortable they're impossible. The ones in between that feel a bit newish used to settle down so I used to buy them, but more recently they don't seem to settle at all, and remain uncomfortable forever, so I want to try before I buy this timeAn unsettling day. I've been involved with a project for the Foodbank and I'd been lined up for a phone interview today which I got into a real knickertwist about. I spent the morning finding out about aspects of the work that I'm not normally involved with so I wouldn't let them down, but in the end it was just a lovely phone conversation. However, it meant that I couldn't concentrate on anything earlier, so I swept and washed the kitchen floor (it is no longer crunchy), topped up the dishwasher with the necessary chemicals, moved gibble around yet again, sorted out wild bird and dog food and tidied up, so a very bitty morning. And I can't find the smoked haddock I bought last week (it's in a freezer somewhere) I need to make a fish pie for tonight so I'm not sure what we'll be eating tonight. I need to ground myself.Better is good enough.8

I have
- dealt with the next part of an ongoing admin job before breakfast
- S&S'd kitchen and bathroom
- dusted and hoovered all through downstairs for the second time this week, not because it really needed it, but just in case I get a reaction to my jab
- done a week's worth of food shopping
- made soup for lunch
- DH got back from the leg ulcer clinic to say that his test was all clear and he has been discharged(except that I still have to help him put on his compression stocking)
- fielded a phone call purporting to be from my bank's fraud squad, querying a payment from my current account. I was just about to go out for the jab, so refused to give any details to the caller and put the phone down
- had to wait outside in a long queue outside the vaccination centre, in what felt like a wind tunnelbefore getting my second jab
- phoned my bank as soon as I got home and found out that the earlier call was genuine; confirmed all the details of my transaction, and all is well - I'm glad my bank takes such trouble to check
I need to clean the ensuite and take Rosie for a walk, but first I'm going to have a sit down with a coffee. Too much excitement for one day!
Keep up the good work, round, and give your eye plenty of time to heal. Any news of your dad today? xx
Sorry your paid stuff is a nightmare, Jazee. Keep calm... x
Keep plodding on with the clearing, pigpen!
Plenty of spoons available here today for anyone in need - please help yourselves xxx

I have binbags which smell WAY worse if they want to collect bags!
I am fed up... I want to run away and hide .. I don't want to speak to anyone I just want to go and be.. and have someone bring me tea. conversation not needed..LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)7 -
Dad was going down to theatre at 3pm. I'll ring later to see how he is. He is allowed one designated visitor during his stay for 1 hour a day pre booked. My brother and I have designated Barbara lol. But really it's up to Dad to decide.
I'm trying to decide which I want more: to lose weight or pizza.
Birds are fed. I need to put out the black bin. Nothing else planned.
Hugs
