I had a lie in twice! 
And me and oh went for a lovely walk yesterday and watched a film together last night ... uninterrupted!! 

I feel better than I did a few days ago... so it was worth it ❤  miss the kiddies though .. 

Currently watching the minamilists ... while the hoover charges... 

Kids are due back soon. 

I'm glad you enjoyed it.. when are they going again?? lol.

pigpen Could I be cheeky and ask you to pass on positive vibes from polly to LW. You're going to to need a very big card!

When she was very active on the forum I would sent lavender calming vibes to her if she was dreading a hospital or similar appointment or meeting a new client hoping to leave their dog in her wonderful care.

Each evening when I light a lavender candle she and her husband are very much in my thoughts. So she's thought of every day.

When MSE moved to the new Vanilla platform a number of us asked for there to be a choice to block PMs.

Nasty pms drove her from the Forum but the request was never acknowledged. For all the difficulties in her life she was a lovely caring human being and made me laugh many a time. So many miss her and keep her in their thoughts. I hope she can feel the love heading in her direction.

How about those who want to email or PM me a note or a letter and I will print them all off and post them to LW? I spent 4.5 hours in total getting my laptop to recognise my printer so I may as well make use of it! haha ..

Polly I met a couple of nutters here too and kept my inbox full so I didn't have to put up with them.. removing the limit meant we were exposed to the crazies again.. I am growing a 'blocked' list.. I am not even sure why people took a dislike to me other than I have no filter. I very rarely deliberately offend.. and if I do it is usually treating like for like. Taking a dislike to LW it just weird, she has never said a bad word about anyone that I have seen.. she even tries to rationalise those who have caused her harm and upset.

Haha @pigpen not sure when they are going next they normally go every 2 months or so. But this is the first time they have stayed over in over 6 months I think due to lockdown rules and us not being able to travel from Wales to England and vi's versa. My grandma is 73 god bless her 🙏 but she still has all the grandkids and great grandkids most weekends. ❤ she hates a quiet house ❤

Horrible that this forum, which has always felt like a really safe place for me, could drive someone like LW away.  Thanks for the offer, Pigpen, I will take you up on that.

We have been for a bike ride, cycled to a local town which is a bit of a tourist trap and watched people milling about and sitting on the wall by the river, elbow to elbow, no masks and not a care in the world.  We grabbed a coffee and flapjack from the bakers and found a seat a loonngg way away from everyone else to people watch for a while.

Showered now, cant get warm.  Going to make shepherds pies for tomorrow nights tea.

DS has just messaged to say that he has had the first dose of the jab, which means that they are getting down to 20 year olds in some places!

I don't think it's a poster offending or upsetting someone. It's downright horrible people probably with very empty lives who will pick out someone either vulnerable or with a lot of challenges to cope with, judge them and go on the attack.

I'm finding the number of children who are being physically attacked by their school mates now horrifying.

I home schooled my youngest from the age of 13 due to school bullies. A head teacher who denied bullying existed in his school so I voted with my feet. It took 20 years to undo that damage and I'm convinced we'd have lost her years ago if I hadn't acted back then.

I'll write a little note for Wolfie and pm you later. Thank you so much.

Been to town, went to Wilko for bunny food.  Came out with a new watering can (needed, other one has a crack but near the top so sort of usable), a new solar light (to stick near front step because outside light stopped working years ago) and a couple of deodorants (because the foodbank has a list of urgently-needed and that's on it) and bunny food.  Been to Morries, so donated them, and got back bacon for 20p!  Have interleaved it so I won't have to thaw it all at once.  Also got some smoked haddock YS so I now have fixings for a fish pie in the freezer.

Today's washing has dried so the whole ironing pile has been cleared; on the maiden airing currently.  Laundry bin emptied so  WM can stand down.

Polly.. We had a boy in Squeaks class a couple of years ago who was a nightmare with her.. He would stalk her in class and around school and in the playground until she felt unsafe and anxious. He would try to kiss her and she often had marks where he had grabbed at her or he would pull her hair. She was 7/8 and he was 8/9, about 10 months older than her (August baby) and she couldn't escape. In the end I said I would contact the police because the school were failing to safeguard my daughter who was being sexually harassed in school and the staff were saying 'oh it's because he likes you' ... I said if a male teacher did this to a female teacher he would lose his job.. why are you making excuses because they are children.. this is where rape culture starts... it stopped immediately.. The child was removed and went to a different school eventually.. it was a nightmare, she was terrified of him.  I'm not vulnerable and almost impossible to offend but it is the unmitigated gall of some people who think they have the right to be rude and nasty to those they do not know.. you know if they saw you in the street they wouldn't dare say a word, blooming keyboard warriors. I'm so glad your daughter found healing I do think school is where a lot of the problems with society start by allowing anti-social behaviour because they have to report incidents back to the LA and that is perpetuated by the wrong messages from home too. I try to treat everyone as they present and I am VERY unforgiving when I am crossed. I can and have cut people I love, dead from my life. The crazies on here don't worry me.. report and block.. I can't even imagine what LW could possibly have done to incite hatred.. she is one of the least offensive people I know on here.. I think I am probably the most likely to offend on here haha.

Mumof3.. I have everything written in a notebook.. and I do not move it from it's place ever.. it lives on the bedside table, it has everything in it and I have a tiny book for budgetting. I will have a look at the app though, thank you.. I lose my phone less often than thoughts in my head so it will be useful.

OH back form the shop so he can run a bath and I will feed the squiddly-pinks.

I need DS2's washing too.. I'm not sure he has brought any down this year... he is 25, I give up!
