maybe they have changed it cos monday was the day they closed uusally cos they got the stock in from the other stores then, as tuesdays was very good as that was when it was all new stock on the shop floor.

to anyone going to Renfrew beware that the whole of the town centre is one huge set of roadworks right now and there's no alternative as there's also congestion on the airport side

No I don't think there is a clearance store.
There are 2 stores in Bristol that I am aware of (Brislington and Filton).

If you are travelling on the motorway then the Filton one is pretty convenient.
It also has a Next clearance store and T J hughes (and Woolworths?) in the same retail park.

There is also one in Brislington which I have heard is better but there is less in the vicinity and it's not as convenient for the motorway.

Hi just found this thread is there a Matalan Clearance in West Yorkshire, never heard of them before.

There is only one Matalan clearance store in Scotland which is in Renfrew (just south of Glasgow). The next nearest is Newcastle at the Metro centre.
