I was going to suggest the net bag as that's what I use. I must admit I wear sports bras most days rather than normal ones as I'm usually doing an exercise class at some point in the day. Am@zon do the net laundry bags for less than £10.

I know it 😅 Ok £5.99 hopefully well spent! I got a set of 3. I think they should be big enough to fit several under wired bras in each bag. Just a c cup so not big when folded up. I do have a few sports ones too SA…I do like them firmly under control 🤭

I feel like I’m letting the side down today, talking bras instead of biscuits!
I am sticking with the calorie counting and extra steps and things finally seem to be slowly moving. I’ve been averaging out about a pound loss a week. It’s very hard and slow, at this rate it will be October to get where I want to be. At this stage even maintenance calories feel like a feast 😬
i am looking forward to the money shuffle on Friday and then the pb’s next week. I’m guessing that will be on Monday, I need to check.
i hope you are all having a good Wednesday ☀️

After having to get the washing machine repaired and the culprit being a bra wire 😳 I used a  laundry bag, which tore so now I use an old pillowcase with a hair bobble tied tightly at the end. Works great……so no need to go down the spending route (unless of course you really want to)
Re spending- I was beating myself up for having too many treats. I took a step back and acknowledged that I’m now debt free. I have an emergency fund and I’m at the wrong side of 60…..these are the days I’ve been saving for. So as long as I have an emergency fund in place I’m going to enjoy some treats without going silly. A couple of folk I know have suddenly become very poorly over the last few years and all their cash has gone to pay for care homes. I really wish they’d enjoyed their hard earned cash more than they did. One of them was the same age as myself. Life is for living so if that means some treats without debts I’m all p for it 👍🥂😂

@PennysIntoPounds M&S 3 for £20’s work fine for me, but I can’t always get on with really fancy ones. @KajiKita why didn’t I ever think of that? Doh!
To be fair, it’s taken me c. 30 years! 😂😂😂😂😂😂

@milann I agree. We can be sensible whilst still enjoy some of the fruits of our labours. I worked with someone who was all about saving for retirement and quite honestly seemed to make his wife and sons lives very sad and extremely frugal. He died young and I sometimes think what a shame it was that they didn’t enjoy some nice things together (also probably that the wife and son had a lovely time after getting over the shock).

Happy Thursday and happy payday eve for anyone on the same pay run as I am 😅
The weight finally seems to be slowly shifting and overall I’m 4lbs down from when I re-started. It has to be the steps that are having an effect alongside the calorie counting. I only managed 5k yesterday, so need a big push today after work. I’ve been trying to up the protein, but it’s very hard to do that within a calorie allowance I’m finding.
It’s very rainy here and somewhat chilly. I had got used to the sunshine 😖
i hope you all have a good day ☔️
